How It Works
- 1
Inquiry. You share pilot details, aircraft details, intended use, and any existing coverage.
- 2
Profile. We capture the data our partner underwriters need to indicate a quote.
- 3
Introduction. We route the inquiry to the appropriate partner in our network.
- 4
Partner quote. The partner returns a quote under their licensed authority. All coverages, exclusions, and binding terms are theirs.
- 5
Coordination. We coordinate the pilot qualification path, training records, and binding logistics on your behalf.
The Pilot Training Standard
A material part of insurance pricing is the pilot. Dunamis maintains a six-phase corporate pilot training program meeting or exceeding underwriting requirements:
- 1Prerequisites and pre-read
- 2Ground school / systems training
- 3Simulator or flight training device
- 4Supervised flight time with a mentor pilot
- 5PIC qualification and standardization check
- 6Insurance notification and activation
Pilots operating Dunamis-managed aircraft, or aircraft owners who fly themselves under our advisory, complete the program to standard before insurance activates on the airframe.
What We Do Not Do
Dunamis Aviation is not the underwriter. We do not state, promise, or guarantee coverage on the partner's behalf. We do not hold the insurance license. Every binding coverage term comes from the partner of record under their license.
Disclaimer: Aircraft insurance is provided through our vetted partner underwriter network. Our partners hold the appropriate insurance licenses; all coverages, premiums, underwriting decisions, and disclosures are stated by the partner of record. We facilitate the introduction and coordinate around the partner's position. Subject to change. Contact team for official details.
