Who We Hire

Dunamis Aviation is built on a small, intentional team. We hire people who already operate to a standard — and who understand that the standard is the product.

We are interested in candidates from four backgrounds:

• Aviators. Commercial certificate, instrument rated, multi-engine preferred. Real time in the airframe categories we operate (light, mid, super mid, heavy, helicopter).

• Aviation operators. Charter coordinators, dispatchers, FBO operators, maintenance controllers — people who have run the daily operations of a credible aviation business.

• Acquisitions and sales professionals. Aircraft brokers, pre-buy specialists, market analysts — people who can grade an airframe against a regret test.

• Veterans in transition. We participate in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program. Active-duty service members in their transition window are welcome to apply for a structured assignment with us.

SkillBridge Program

Dunamis Aviation participates in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program. SkillBridge allows active-duty service members in their transition window (typically the final 180 days of service) to perform a structured industry assignment with an approved organization while still receiving their military compensation.

Our SkillBridge assignments are built around the actual functions of the company — aviation operations, acquisitions, training, or management — not generic internship work. The objective is a credible path to a permanent role at Dunamis or with one of our partners in the broader aviation community.
