Who We Hire
Dunamis Aviation is built on a small, intentional team. We hire people who already operate to a standard — and who understand that the standard is the product.
We are interested in candidates from four backgrounds:
Aviators. Commercial certificate, instrument rated, multi-engine preferred. Real time in the airframe categories we operate (light, mid, super mid, heavy, helicopter).
Aviation operators. Charter coordinators, dispatchers, FBO operators, maintenance controllers — people who have run the daily operations of a credible aviation business.
Acquisitions and sales professionals. Aircraft brokers, pre-buy specialists, market analysts — people who can grade an airframe against a regret test.
Veterans in transition. We participate in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program. Active-duty service members in their transition window are welcome to apply for a structured assignment with us.
