Finance Disclosure
Aircraft financing is provided through our vetted partner lender network. Our partners hold the appropriate lending licenses; all terms, rates, qualifications, and disclosures are stated by the partner of record. We facilitate the introduction and coordinate around the partner's position. Dunamis Aviation is not the lender.
Insurance Disclosure
Aircraft insurance is provided through our vetted partner underwriter network. Our partners hold the appropriate insurance licenses; all coverages, premiums, underwriting decisions, and disclosures are stated by the partner of record. We facilitate the introduction and coordinate around the partner's position. Dunamis Aviation is not the underwriter.
SDVOSB Disclosure
Dunamis Aviation's Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business status is currently under legal setup. Public statements regarding SDVOSB status reflect the current setup state. The company has not represented itself as SDVOSB-certified prior to completion of the formal status.
AI Tooling Disclosure
The Dunamis Aviation website and AI chatbot use AI tooling to triage, draft, and accelerate response. AI responses are for guidance only. All substantive replies, recommendations, and decisions are issued under the accountability of the founder.
Chat Log Disclosure
Chat transcripts between users and the Dunamis Aviation chatbot are logged for service quality and follow-up purposes. By continuing the conversation, users consent to transcript retention. Transcripts are stored conversation records, not audio recordings.
