A team built around discipline, not headcount.

Founder-led across every function. Specialized roles aligned to the workstreams we serve.

How We Are Built

Dunamis Aviation is structured around the functions a private aviation client actually needs — not around a generic corporate org chart. Every role on the team exists because the client experience requires it. Where a function does not yet warrant a dedicated seat, the founder owns it personally.

The team is intentionally lean. The standard is not.

Why It Reads This Way

Our team posture is intentional. We do not publish staff names, photographs, or biographies on the public website. The reasons:

  • Client privacy. Our clients have privacy expectations that begin with their own discretion and extend to the people who serve them.

  • Founder accountability. The signature on a recommendation is the same regardless of which seat drafted it. The standard sits at the founder, not the bench.

  • Discipline over personality. We are not building a personal brand. We are building a standard.

If you are working with us, you know who your coordinator is. The relationship is direct. The face is real. It just does not live on a public page.
